This hotel is perfectly situated, with the beautiful laguna just a short bike ride away and the beach right in front. the rooms are cozy and clean, offering a comfortable stay for families. the staff are extremely polite and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. the breakfast and dinner options are superb, offering a variety of delicious meals. Plus, the hotel provides free bicycles and beach amenities for guest use, making it even more convenient for families.
The TV in the rooms only offers German and Italian channels, limiting entertainment options.

Great breakfast selection and clean rooms. the hotel location was ideal: steps from the beach and a short walk to the main street. A big advantage to staying here included free bike rental to explore the surroundings.
My Christmas experience was less than desirable. the hotel's decoration was poor, lacking any festive atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile and willing to have a chat. The hotel facilities were of high quality, providing everything I needed and more. The location couldn't have been better, as it was right in front of the beach and close to many shopping and dining options. Additionally, I was able to easily explore the surrounding area on the hotel's complimentary bicycles, enjoying rides along the streets and by the beach.

Liked the location of the hotel, right on the seafront and in the heart of the city, perfect for exploring the area. The staff were friendly and very helpful with local information and bike rentals. The breakfast offered was good and helped me start my day on the right foot.
Disliked that the room I stayed in was a bit small and lacked a fridge. The air conditioning was a bit faulty and had an unpleasant odor which made it difficult to use.
